Sketch meeting notes online

Some meeting notes are easier to understand as a small sketch than as a long paragraph. A browser canvas can turn rough ideas, relationships, and next steps into a quick image.

Use sketches for visual decisions

Meeting sketches are useful for layouts, user flows, process changes, comparison tables, and rough diagrams. The drawing does not need to be polished; it needs to preserve the decision clearly enough for people to remember it later.

A simple meeting-note workflow

  1. Open a blank canvas before the discussion starts.
  2. Use boxes or circles for the main topics.
  3. Add short labels after the structure is clear.
  4. Use one accent color for the decision or next step.
  5. Save the image as a PNG and attach it to the meeting notes.

Keep notes lightweight

Do not try to capture every sentence on the canvas. Use the drawing for relationships, sequence, and emphasis. Put longer action items in your normal notes app, document, or project tracker.

Privacy and export

PlainCanvas does not require a login and the drawing runs in your browser. Export important meeting sketches manually as PNG files so they can be stored with the rest of your project records.
