Editorial policy
PlainCanvas guides are written to help people complete practical browser drawing tasks, such as making a quick diagram, exporting a PNG, or choosing a transparent background.
What we publish
We publish short, task-focused guides about online drawing, quick sketching, simple diagrams, browser canvas workflows, and PNG export. The purpose is to explain real use cases clearly, not to inflate pages with generic design advice.
How guides are written
Each guide starts from a specific user task. We avoid unsupported claims, misleading promises, and unnecessary tool comparisons. When a task is better suited to a full design app or whiteboard product, the guide says so directly.
Corrections
If a guide is unclear, outdated, or technically wrong, it can be corrected. Send correction requests through the contact page with the page URL and the issue you found.
Advertising and independence
PlainCanvas may display advertising if approved by an advertising provider. Ads do not change the intended purpose of the guides: practical, direct help for browser drawing tasks.
